Day 1: London

With the first glass of champagne we were finally on our way.
The flight to London was very easy, but a little short:
After dinner and  a movie there's not a lot of nap time.

We had a 10 hour layover in Heathrow, so we took the train into the city for quick walkabout.

We checked out Hyde park, horses everywhere: real

and statues

Great bird watching too, we even saw a green parakeet.

Down Oxford and Regent street to watch the Christmas shoppers, no economic problems here!

Then into Soho for a little lunch. 
Back to the train via the back streets, past the Bentley, Rolls Royce and Porsche dealers doing a brisk business.

Not too exciting, no lions or tigers yet!

Now, time to hit the showers before the next flight.
