Road to Siem Reap / Dec07

Today is our last bus trip (at least until South America)!  We're on our way from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, which means 'Siam (Thailand) Defeated' hundreds of years ago.
It's a simple life

After the petals fall off, you're left with a large green seed pod.  The seeds are edible.

Deep fried spiders, grasshoppers and beetles.
They taste like garlicly gooey eggs (so I'm told).

    Your pictures are amazing. I'm convinced you are taking them from tourist literature with a few of you both thrown in for effect;)
    The spee-i-ders are truly gross.
    Remind me to pack a lunch if I ever go to Siem Reap.
